Big Bang’s Taeyang and 2NE1′s CL have collaborated with other musicians and both stand out as ‘overall excellent representative in the world of music.’

Big Bang’s main vocal, Taeyang, is not only praised for his vocal ability, but also for his admirable dancing skills. In 2008, he had his solo debut and released songs through his album ‘HOT’ like ‘Prayer,’ ‘Look Only At Me,’ etc. Then he released a digital single and a regular album titled ‘Solar.’ His capabilities were acknowledged by his fans and other singers.

2NE1′s leader, CL attempted a challenge of having a solo since her debut 4 years ago. With CL, her title track, ‘The Baddest Female” is definitely a different hip-hop song that Korean female soloist rarely take risk in doing. With 15 filming sets and 15 outfit changes, her luxurious music video and live stage performances garnered praises throughout the nation.

To start off CL-Taeyang comparison, they’re in a group and e soloist. They both have also performed with famous musicians.

In 2011 at Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), CL performed with famous hip-hop group, The Black Eyed Peas. She performed with the group leader, Will.I.Am, and rapper Apl.De.Ap. Recently, CL performed with her group members at Snoop Dogg’s first concert in Korea. She has been rubbing shoulders with world-wide musicians.

In 2010, Taeyang guested at Brian McKnight’s concert in Korea as an opening guest. He performed his own songs ‘Where U At’ and ‘Wedding Dress’. Taeyang and Brian McKnight then performed a duet of ‘My Kind Of Girl.’

Additionally, in August 11, the decorations at Japan’s summer festival ‘A-Nation’ served as a teaser of Taeyang’s collaboration with Japan’ famous hip-hop group M-Flo. This has been magnetizing extreme interest by his fans.

All in all, CL and Taeyang are the right people with the right talents in their rightful position. Their roles are 200% ‘unstoppable.’ They have various roles they show off to fans like group (activities), solo, collaborations, etc. Many are excited to see what kind of change and challenge these two will attempt in the future.
